Great insight. I’ve always liked the ideal of stealing pieces of time here and there, never thought about how it all adds up when you focus them on one thing.

Wooo halfway there! I have so much admiration for anyone who takes on + sticks with their 100 day project. The idea to do Three Tiny Things is brilliant, both in its simplicity and its potential to grow into something deeper (which it sounds like it has!) Love this peek into the cumulative effects of your practice.

Yes! Going in to it, I thought I’d end up repeating/noticing the same things over and over again. But there’s a richness and depth that has come through these 50 odd days, which is so satisfying. I may even end up going for longer than the 100 days!
